This is a personal juice discovery, meaning that I made it by complete mistake and it turned out divine.
This combination has the perfect balance between sweet and beet. I’ve tried many different recipes for beets but never found one I truly enjoyed. Beets are a very strong vegetable and will greatly over power your juice if you aren’t careful.
I started to incorporate beets into my diet in the spring of 2017, when I learned how good they are for you. Beets are high in immune-boosting vitamin C, fiber, and essential minerals like potassium (essential for healthy nerve and muscle function) and manganese (which is good for your bones, liver, kidneys, and pancreas). Who knew this little root was packed with so many benefits!
